How The Samurai Code Better Behavior Wheel Works
Install the software on your computer.
Select a username and password for parental use only!
Go to the Avatar and account setup page.
Set up an account for each child then allow your child to browse
the Avatar page and select an image to represent himself. We
can also convert your child's picture to a cartoon image for
$10.
Enter a brief description of misbehaviors
that your child needs to eliminate. Examples could be: Ignoring
you when you ask him to do something.
Sit down with your child and come up with a
list of three or more consequences for when your child
misbehaves. You can also enter rewards for good behavior.
Enter as many "misbehaviors" as
required to address all behavior problems.
The next time your child misbehaves "call
him on it" and open your child's account in The Samurai
Code. Identify the exact "bad behavior" displayed in your
child's profile.
Click on the behavior and that will bring up
the Consequences & Rewards Wheel.
Permit your child to click the button to spin
the wheel. The wheel will randomly land on one of the consequences
you've previously entered. Your child will love the sound
effects and whirling colors!
Points will be added as rewards for specially
good behavior and detracted from the week's starting count of 100
for misbehaviors.
